SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping Rates
Standard shipping is $4.99 on orders under $45. Orders of $45 or more ship free within the contiguous United States.

Processing & Handling
Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.

Shipping Time
Once shipped, estimated delivery is 3–7 business days depending on your location.

🎃 Halloween Delivery
Order by October 20 to receive your order before Halloween. We'll do our best with later orders, but we can't guarantee arrival by October 31.

Shipping Carriers
We ship via trusted domestic carriers. Tracking is emailed as soon as your order ships.

Order Tracking
You'll receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.

Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship to addresses within the contiguous United States only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or US territories at this time.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, contact us at ghostlygrove@agtmholdings.com and we'll make it right.

Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check your address at checkout. We're not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you spot an error, contact us immediately — we'll try to fix it before your order ships, but can't guarantee changes once processing has begun.
